**Role Objective**: Build awareness and increase student participation in internal and external career programs, internships, workshops, and tie-ups by engaging directly with students, parents, and academic teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote internal career workshops, psychometric tests, and guidance programs to students and parents.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents to encourage sign-ups.
- Maintain a student pipeline and track engagement for each academic level (Grades 8-12).
- Coordinate with school staff and teachers to schedule classroom announcements and talks.
- Help organize college fairs, expert sessions, and outreach drives.
- Collect and maintain feedback and testimonials.

**Ideal Background**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Management, or Counselling. Experience in student engagement or admissions preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship-building and follow-up.
- Data tracking via Google Sheets/CRM tools.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Monthly student enrollments.
- Number of parent meetings conducted.
- Conversion rate from events to counselling sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
