**Job Title: Enterprise Sales Officer - ISP Business**

**Location**: Ahmedbad & Vadodara

**Reporting To**: Enterprise Sales Manager / Sales Head
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Enterprise Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential corporate and SME clients requiring internet and data solutions.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions from the ISP’s product portfolio, including leased lines, broadband, MPLS, and managed services.
- **Sales Funnel Management**: Maintain a healthy pipeline, follow up on leads, and drive deals to closure within defined timelines.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enable upselling and renewals.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with technical, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine strategies.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in the telecom/ISP industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of networking products and services (Leased Line, ILL, Fiber, MPLS, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
