**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Help internal/external stakeholders to understand the role of volunteers and the contribution they can make.
- Recommend and implement goals and objectives for the volunteer program reflecting PAF’s values.
- Monitor volunteers, their progress on various parameters and ensure compliance to PAF Volunteer Practices Manual.
- Bring in the best practice in the volunteering and cultural sectors regarding increasing the diversity of volunteers.
- Recruit volunteers through various outlets and act as a point of contact for all volunteer activities.
- Attend volunteer fairs and community events and organize recruitment workshops and talks.
- Utilize Platforms and Networks to promote PAF’s volunteering opportunities.
- Create Volunteering plan keeping in mind the organization’s goal
- Develop successful volunteering plan that engages & motivates employees/external stateholder/funders to actively volunteer in PAF sites/schools

**Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Ensure that volunteer roles, guidelines, procedures, record keeping and evaluation systems are followed and maintained.
- Provide data and written reports for internal and external reporting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred as Social Work, MSW or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Employee Engagement specialist, Volunteering Management or similar with a minimum 4-5-years of experience.
- Previous experience in the social sector is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Proficient in MS Office for documentation and tracking.
- Good at Canva
- Excellent with planning, co-ordination and execution of events

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
