**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Volunteers to assist in the planning and execution of various events on a daily basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management and contribute to the success of our events. Volunteers will work closely with our event coordinators and team members to ensure smooth and memorable experiences for attendees.

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: All over mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup and Breakdown**:

- Assist with the setup of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorating, and setting up equipment.
- Help with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after events conclude.
- **Guest Assistance**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, provide directions, and answer any questions.
- Assist with guest registration and check-in processes.
- **Logistics Support**:

- Help manage event logistics, including coordinating with vendors, arranging transportation, and handling supplies.
- Distribute materials such as programs, brochures, and promotional items to attendees.
- **On-Site Coordination**:

- Support event coordinators with various tasks during events, such as monitoring schedules, assisting speakers or performers, and ensuring timelines are followed.
- Address any immediate issues or concerns that arise during the event.
- **Crowd Management**:

- Assist in managing crowd flow and ensuring the safety and comfort of all attendees.
- Help with queue management and crowd control as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collect feedback from attendees and provide insights to improve future events.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- High level of enthusiasm, flexibility, and reliability.
- Physical ability to assist with setup and breakdown tasks.
- Previous experience in event volunteering or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
