Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization on a wide range of legal issues.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations and advise management accordingly.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meetings, record-keeping, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training and guidance on legal matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
