A vendor coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating relationships with vendors, suppliers and other third-party service providers. His/her main objective is to ensure that products and services are delivers on time, at the right quality, and within budget.
- **Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, suppliers and other third-party service providers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to promote mutual trust and collaboration.
- Dealing with vendors for ongoing projects.
- According to the requirement, find new vendors and register them on portal.
- Collaborate with other department to ensure vendor requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, pricing, and product information.
- Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Scheduling the meetings of vendor/contractor(company based) for technical presentation.
- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- Provides regular reports to management on vendor performance.
- **Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field.
- Strong negotiable and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
