**Coordinating with Advertising Company**

Responsibilities like Billboards, Stationery and signages: This could involve the design and production of branded stationery (e.g., letterheads, business cards, notepads) to maintain a consistent brand identity in all official communication.

**Newspapers & Magazines**: Coordinate with advertising company on placing ads in newspapers and magazines. This might involve selecting the right publications, ensuring design is on-brand.

**Flexes**: This refers to large format printed materials (often vinyl or similar materials) used for outdoor advertising. Backdrops, photobooth etc: Ensure that backdrops for events, conferences, or photo shoots are designed, produced, and placed correctly.

**Coordinating with In-House Team (Social Media Handler and Designer)**

This responsibility involves working with your in-house social media team and designers to ensure that all marketing assets are on-brand and align with the overall strategy.

**Coordinating with Schools Regarding Advertising and Branding Matters**

In this role, you act as the bridge between the organization and schools for advertising and branding activities.

**Digital Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

**Social Media Management**

Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Plan and execute engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.

Monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback.

**Paid Advertising & Campaign Management**

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**

Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports on digital campaign effectiveness.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track website traffic and user behavior.

**Collaboration & Team Coordination**

Work closely with designers, Social media executive and developers to execute marketing strategies.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
