Associate Digital Marketing

**Responsibilities**
- Optimizing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and post engaging content using tools like Canva.
- Schedule posts using platforms like Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to engage with followers.
- Research trending and relevant hashtags for maximum reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas.
- Track basic metrics (likes, shares, followers) and prepare simple reports.
- Observe competitors’ social media activities for insights.
- Collaborate with the design or content team for cohesive branding.
- Conduct basic keyword research for captions and hashtags.
- Share content with links to drive website traffic.
- Continuously learn and improve social media management skills.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 6 Months of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media and SEO.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Experience with web design and development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.

**Education**

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
