We are Hiring Front Desk Executive for Color cosmetic company

**Name of the Position: Front Desk executive (ONLY FEMALE)**

**Years of Experience: 0 TO 1 year**

**Salary: up to 20000 (Negotiable)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Logistics Executive
- You are required to handle all the Logistics related queries for Online and Offline when and if required.
- This shall require the Companies/Parties pertaining to direct partners and aggregators as well.
- This includes tracking the Shipments, arranging POD, getting deliveries expedited, and Reconciliations.
- Follo-ups on the Cases on regular basis to meet the timelines to close the case is a must.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction commitments are met by strictly checking the TAT.
- Identify and Highlight the shipments that are not fulfilled within the TAT.
- Raise Disputes and close them in regards to Damaged/Missing/ Lost shipments.

Response time to be within 1hr during Working hours for both Comments and DMs and be regularly available with
