**Job Title**:Shipbroker - Post fixture/ Operations

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Job Location**:Available for Mumbai or Gurugram

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Attending to Laytime, Bills of Lading, Freight and Hire Statements.
- Attending to the needs of the charterer and owner's team with regards to the fixture.
- Handling the issues that come up during the voyage and upon its completion.
- Communication with external customers and internally with the chartering desk.
- Preparing Fixture Note and Charter Party Documents.
- Co-ordinating with owners and charterers for smooth performance of the voyage.

**Minimum Experience Requirements**:Experience in handling post fixture in dry bulk for minimum 2-3 years.

**Preferred Experience Requirements**:Experience in handling post fixture in dry bulk for minimum 2-3 years at a broking desk would be an added advantage.

**Minimum Education Requirements**:Graduate level complete.

**Preferred Education Requirements**:Dry Bulk Shipping specific course, MICS, etc., would be of advantage.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Good command of the general terms and charter party clauses pertaining to dry bulk.
- Ability to relocate within India if required.
- Good eye for detail.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in dry bulk shipping sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong executor.
- Team player who has the discipline to work along with the team and meet pre-defined deadlines.
- Ability to achieve results in a demanding and challenging environment.

**Non-negotiable Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years in a dry bulk or tanker chartering/operations role handling post fixture or direct chartering related duties.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of Dry Bulk Chartering and having information about Dry Bulk Shipping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
