Job Title: Sales Executive - Real EstateKey Responsibilities:

- **Conduct Market Research**: Identify potential clients and properties for sale or rent.
- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Use cold calling, networking events, and social media to generate leads.
- **Client Assistance**: Provide information and guidance to clients in the buying, selling and other legal works.
- **Negotiate Transactions**: Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- **Prepare Legal Documents**: Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions using CRM software.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with market trends, property values, and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

Job Requirements:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic understanding of real estate laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Other**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience in real estate sales and customer service roles.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
