**We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Team Captain to join our team In this position, you will be hired to provide exceptional service to our restaurant's esteemed diners. You are responsible for delivering the guests’ experience on a day-to-day basis. You will also be expected to lead your team by an example.**

**Responsibilites**:

- **Guest Relations**: Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere. Manage guest seating, provide recommendations on the menu, and ensure timely service.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and support service staff, including waiters, runners, and bussers. Ensure staff adhere to restaurant standards and procedures.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure smooth service operations by monitoring table assignments, coordinating orders with the kitchen, and addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing coaching to ensure service excellence and compliance with restaurant protocols.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards before serving. Oversee cleanliness and organization on the restaurant floor.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Provide guests with information on specials, upsell menu items, and promote beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels for service-related items, such as cutlery, glassware, and napkins. Coordinate with the management team to replenish stock as needed.
- **Reporting**: Communicate any issues, feedback, or suggestions to the management team and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

**Key Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Intermediate or 12th class is a must
- Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel management is a great advantage.
- Having good communication skills and ability to handle guests.
- Able to work independently and handle the guests efficiently.

About Us:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
