**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Manage guest seating arrangements and ensure guests are attended to promptly.
- Maintain communication with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and guide waitstaff to ensure service standards are maintained.
- Train and mentor junior staff, helping them develop skills and confidence in their roles.
- Ensure that staff is well-presented, punctual, and maintains high levels of hygiene and professionalism.
- **Order and Service Coordination**:

- Take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle special guest requests, dietary restrictions, and other needs in a proactive manner.
- Ensure that food and beverages are served according to established procedures.
- Monitor and assist in managing the flow of service, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant dining area.
- Check the quality of food and beverages being served and ensure they meet restaurant standards.
- Ensure the table setting, ambiance, and service equipment are set up according to restaurant standards.
- **Customer Complaint Resolution**:

- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the management team.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Assist in the settlement of bills and manage cash or credit transactions accurately.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Assist in inventory management and ensure supplies for the dining area are maintained and stocked.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
