**Job Summary**: As a Client Relationship Manager at Kanishka Software Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationship with a specific, high-value client. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and delivering exceptional service.

**Experience : 1.5 - 3 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned client.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand the client’s business, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- **Account Growth and Development**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
- **Issue Resolution and Support**:

- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with technical support and other departments to provide timely solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and report on account performance, including sales, renewals, and client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and client review.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Client Communication**:

- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with the client to review progress and address any concerns.
- Keep the client informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on account strategy and objectives.
- Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **2 - 3 years overall experience.**:

- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
