**Position**:Client Relationship Executive (**FEMALES ONLY**)
**Location**: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur
**Salary**:₹30,000/month
**Industry**: Real Estate/ Construction
**Experience: 3+** years of CRM experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with potential leads, explain residential/commercial project details, and generate sales interest.
- Convince and assist prospective clients to schedule and attend site visits.
- Handle inquiries and provide complete guidance to clients throughout the buying journey.
- Participate actively in sales discussions, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and closure of leads.
- Maintain and regularly update client data, interaction history, and follow-up status using CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Support the documentation and booking process, from inquiry to final agreement.
- Work closely with field sales executives and project managers to understand inventory availability and site progress.
- Meet individual targets for site visits, lead conversions, and booked units.

**Requirements**:

- Well-groomed and professionally presentable
- Pleasing personality with a confident appearance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations with professionalism and persuasive ability.
- Experience or familiarity with sales in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data tracking is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and customer-first approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
