**JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Department**: ADMISSIONS

**Position**: Executive

**Reporting to**: Chief Executive Officer / Medical Administrator

**Dress Code**: Formals with ID Card

**Duty Hrs.**: As per Schedule intimated from time to time

The responsibilities of the Executive (Billing & Admissions) include the following:

- Counseling the patient/ patient’ s attendant about admission procedures.
- Following admission procedures
- Allotment of ward to the patients on their approval
- Maintaining necessary documents related to TPAs.
- Maintaining the relevant registers/ records
- Co-ordination with the insurance desk.
- Counseling ICU attendants in transferring patients
- Monitoring availability of bed status.
- Any other work that may be entrusted by the superiors from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
