**Responsibilities for admin executive**
- Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports
- Assist in coordinating Executive Team Meetings, company conferences and meetings with major customers with a high degree of professionalism and coordination
- Track all documents for approval and signage
- Draft communications as required, able to take notes during brainstorms and team meetings
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Support Executive’s work and communication
- Ordering of ID cards & business cards
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Maintain Office facilities as needed
- Professionally represent the business/functions supported to a broad range of senior executives.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
- Plan & implement Employee Engagement activities
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Manage employee medical Insurance related queries. Ensure Employee & dependents are updated. Follow up on addition & deletion.
- Communication requirement like SIM requirement, Billing as per Statutory process, Should ensure good data maintained as per SIM cards provided to employees for the billing process

**Qualifications for admin executive**
- Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience and 2+ years of specialized administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital
- Minimum 2-4 years Executive Administrative experience
- Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment
- Mature, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
