**Job Summary**:
The Multi Technician is responsible for carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general civil works. The role ensures the safe and efficient operation of building systems and infrastructure while minimizing downtime and service disruptions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, carpentry structures, and HVAC units.
- Diagnose faults and repair malfunctioning equipment, such as lighting, water pumps, switches, AC units, doors, etc.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on equipment and systems to identify issues early.
- Maintain logs and records of completed work, inventory usage, and spare parts.
- Assist in installation and relocation of machinery or furniture as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all repairs meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies during or outside working hours.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work if required.
- Support other technicians and team members on major repairs and projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry work.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in varied environments.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.

**Work Environment**:

- On-site work across residential premises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
