**Job Summary**:
The Multi Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility maintenance. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Repair plumbing systems, including leaks, blockages, and fixture replacements.
- Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain building infrastructure, including painting, carpentry, and basic construction tasks.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
- Conduct risk assessments before starting any repair work.
- Report any safety hazards or violations to the supervisor.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Prepare reports on completed work and equipment status.
- Log preventive maintenance activities and record parts used.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Any
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- HVAC Certification, Electrical License, or other relevant technical certifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
