Job Overview:

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Technician for our Bangalore locations. This mid-level, full-time position requires candidates who have between 1 to 3 years of experience, particularly in electrical maintenance. The role involves rotational shifts and requires either an ITI or Diploma in Electrical background. Candidates should possess essential skills for electrical maintenance and knowledge of various electrical systems and components.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification of ITI or Diploma in Electrical background with comprehensive technical knowledge.
  • Proven work experience between 1 to 3 years in electrical maintenance, showcasing reliability and technical proficiency.
  • Expertise in maintaining diesel generators, transformers, and uninterruptible power supplies.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical panels, ensuring optimal installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems for efficient operation and maintenance of climate control technology.
  • Skills in floor and common area maintenance to ensure safety and functionality (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding and adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
  • Good problem-solving skills to anticipate and address electrical issues effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical panels, diesel generators, transformers, and UPS systems.
  • Work efficiently in rotational shifts to accommodate maintenance schedules and unexpected repairs.
  • Maintain the HVAC systems, ensuring effective climate control and energy efficiency.
  • Manage maintenance tasks for floors and common areas, ensuring a safe and neat environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and manage inventory control for electrical supplies.
  • Record and report any significant electrical issues to the supervisor for a prompt resolution.
