Process Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Process Management**: Oversee and streamline all operational processes within the clinic, including client scheduling, service coordination, and internal communication between teams.
- **Client Coordination**: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely and professional service. Help manage appointments, ensure smooth check-ins, and handle follow-ups.
- **Team Support**: Assist clinic staff in maintaining an efficient working environment by ensuring everyone adheres to clinic protocols and operational guidelines. Provide logístical support during the clinic’s daily operations.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor service quality, ensuring all treatments meet the clinic’s high standards. Address any issues or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with suppliers and keep track of supplies needed for treatments and services. Ensure stock is maintained and equipment is well-managed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, treatment progress notes, and operational reports.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues, concerns, or inquiries that clients may have before, during, or after their appointments.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Support the clinic’s adherence to safety standards and protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Female
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in administrative or coordinator roles. Freshers can also Apply
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Basic understanding of health and wellness trends or a keen interest in the wellness industry.
