
Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Understand and communicate the unique design philosophy of Terzee
- Recommend garments and styling options tailored to client needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Maintain showroom appearance to reflect the brand’s premium standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and stock arrangement
- Support in-store events, fittings, and private appointments
- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of style and knowledge of men’s fashion trends
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
