Re Business Readiness Advisor

**The Role**:
**RE Business Readiness Advisor is responsible for the Run & Maintain of the Security Applications within Shell and thereby ensuring safe, secure, and reliable operations for all the Shell employees and contractors.**:
**DESS (Deployment of Enterprise Security Solutions) provides integrated and standardized technical security expertise and solutions in a cost effective and efficient way and offers an increasing number of enterprise security products (including access control, video surveillance, visitor management, digital evidence management) to over 200 sites globally.**:

- ** The RE business readiness advisor role is responsible for proactively supporting activities through high-quality change management across the entire programme, supporting wider business in relation to DESS.**:

- ** The role would require that individual puts people and business understanding and readiness at the heart of their activities, and demonstrates timely delivery and excellent attention to detail, producing high-quality, visually appealing content across all DESS communication channels, written with the audience in mind to facilitate understanding and adoption of the change.**:

- ** The RE Business readiness Advisor is involved in all aspects of DESS change management and is an integral member of the DESS C&E team; responsible for proactively delivering, supporting, and orchestrating a wide variety of C&E duties.**:

- ** The RE Business readiness advisor will form a part of the RE operations Change, Engage and Communications Team working in close collaboration to produce high quality materials and communications aligned to the RE Ops growth strategy.**:
**What’s the role?**:

- ** Assist with delivering the overall DESS C&E strategy and initiatives**:

- ** Writes high-quality communication and engagement materials**.**:

- ** Assists with the successful delivery of the DESS Change and Engage (C&E) strategy.**:

- ** Creates and develops high-quality communication and engagement materials.**:

- ** Responsible for the upkeep of change management materials, tools, and templates.**:

- ** Communication channel management, community support and guidance, Team Tools, training strategy**,** Operations Change, engage and Communications.**:

- ** Ensures Shell brand and brand compliance across all DESS content.**:
**What we need from you?**:

- ** Demonstrable experience in communications and/or change management.**:

- ** Experience working in an international **environment/multi-cultural** stakeholders and teams.**:

- ** Excellent English skills, both written and verbal (mother tongue or near native).**:

- ** Experience with building and maintaining communities.**:

- ** Proven track record in stakeholder management.**:

- ** Experience with methods of measuring user satisfaction is preferred.**:

- ** Ability to generate written and visual content that conveys key messages through stories, images and videos that are simple, compelling, and relevant to audiences.**:
