We are looking for a professional Motion Graphic Artist who is creative and enthusiastic about creating high-quality, engaging content. As a Motion Graphic artist, you will be using your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience's attention and leave them wanting more.You will be responsible for complete social media, website,marketing digital campaign visual content requirements.

**Role and Responsibilities**

1. Designing visually compelling video and motion graphics that showcase Ikarus 3D’s creativity, design thinking and are optimised for video/web/social media dissemination.

2. Developing concepts, ideating and bringing them to life through strong visual design, colour, audio, and animation techniques and effects using adobe creative suite.

3. Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

4. Researching and creating appropriate visual elements as per the creative brief requirements.

5. Creating deliverables containing significant content and requiring exceptional attention to detail.

6. Managing projects to ensure timely completion against agreed-upon deadlines

7. Following efficient workflow and review requirements to meet organisation’s expectations

**Competencies**:
❖ **Creativity**: Ability to come up with creative, innovative and out of box ideas. Having a visual eye no matter what medium you work on.

❖ **Communication Skills**:Must have strong communication skills You must also communicate properly to express ideas without hesitation, understand company requirements and carry a conversation charismatically without being informal.

❖ **Technical Knowledge**:Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects,
Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro).

❖ **Attention to detail**: Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when executing tasks and avoiding copyright infringement.

❖ **Time Management**:Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

❖ **Organizational skills**: Ability to use given resources efficiently and effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

❖ **Enthusiasm**:Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude.

**Educational Qualifications**:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

**Experience - **2 to 5 Years

**Software Needed**:After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
