**Job Title: CMS Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. CCTV Monitoring & Operations:

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for security and operational purposes.
- Ensure proper functioning of all cameras and related systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CCTV surveillance systems.

2. Passive Networking:

- Manage and maintain passive network infrastructure (e.g., cabling, switches, connectivity).
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure smooth connectivity for CCTV operations.

3. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine checks to ensure all surveillance equipment is in working condition.
- Identify and resolve technical faults in cameras and networks.

4. Reporting & Communication:

- Prepare and share timely reports regarding system performance, incidents, and issues.

5. Airtel Camera Operations (preferred):

- Operate and manage Airtel surveillance cameras, ensuring optimum performance and resolution of technical issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Educational Requirement: Must be a graduate.

2. Technical Knowledge:

- Sound understanding of Passive Networking (LAN, cabling, connectivity).
- Knowledge of CCTV Surveillance systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

4. Prior experience working with Airtel Cameras is an added advantage.

5. Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with surveillance tools and software.

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, passive networking, or a related role.

**Salary**: Decent hike on last CTC

**Rotational Shifts**:
6 AM-2 PM

2 PM-10 PM

10 PM-6 AM

**Salary**: 20K-22K (depends on interview)

**Location**: Gurgaon
