**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform regular regression testing to ensure that new developments and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Execute test cases and scenarios according to predefined test plans, ensuring accurate and timely completion of testing activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in QA and automation testing, and actively contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- **6+ years** of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong expertise in **manual testing** methodologies and practices.
- Solid understanding of banking industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:
