Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to verify features, identify bugs, and help deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional Testing: Verify that all features work according to specifications and requirements.
  • UI/UX Testing: Ensure the application interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent across all screens.
  • Performance Testing: Evaluate app responsiveness, battery consumption, memory usage, and overall performance under different conditions.
  • Compatibility Testing: Test across a range of devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions (iOS and Android).
  • Security Testing: Identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure user data is securely handled and stored.
  • Manual Testing: Execute test cases manually and simulate real user interactions to catch unexpected behavior.
  • Beta Testing: Participate in or coordinate limited releases to real users before full deployment to gather feedback and spot issues.
  • Regression Testing: Re-test existing functionality to ensure that recent code changes haven't introduced new bugs.
  • Test Documentation: Create, maintain, and update detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and contribute to quality assurance efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of QA/testing experience preferred, but not required (entry-level candidates with a passion for testing are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with mobile testing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow structured test plans and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with iOS and Android platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar
  • Basic understanding of Agile development practices
  • Enthusiasm for delivering a great user experience and contributing to a high-quality product
