Job Description: Software QA Tester

Introduction:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and security.
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze and reproduce reported defects, and work together to resolve them.
- Document and report test results, providing clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Software QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and approaches, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
