**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in planning and designing real estate layouts, elevations, floor plans, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with senior architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors to implement designs effectively on-site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients and management.
- Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other architectural design tools.
- Modify and refine plans as required based on site conditions and client inputs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- **3-5 years of relevant experience** in real estate architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Vastu principles and space planning (preferred).
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and site coordination skills.
- Must be creative, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
