A Sales Executive in the real estate industry is responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective buyers or renters. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction process. Sales Executives play a crucial role in connecting clients with their desired properties and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of a minimum five years in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and property types.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
