**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial plots, apartments, and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
- Manage inquiries, follow up with clients, and maintain customer databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned performance goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with proper documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive developments in the Zirakpur region.
- Represent the company professionally at all times during client meetings and site visits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, apartments, or builder projects preferred).
- Strong client network and local market knowledge in Zirakpur, Mohali, and Chandigarh.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for client visits.
