As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will be the friendly voice of our company, reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest in buying or selling properties. Your main responsibility will be to handle real estate leads through phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outgoing phone calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our real estate services.

2. Introduce our company and the services we offer, promoting our properties and available listings.

3. Understand the needs of potential clients and provide them with relevant information about properties that match their preferences.

4. Answer incoming calls from interested clients and provide them with accurate and timely information.

5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients.

6. Record details of conversations, inquiries, and feedback in our customer database.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads to the appropriate personnel.

8. Strive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills in [your native language].

2. Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards helping clients with their real estate needs.

3. Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and willingness to learn more.

4. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

5. Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.
