As a **Real Estate Sales Person** you are responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and customer relationship management to close successful deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Showcase available properties through site visits, virtual tours, and presentations.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure best outcomes.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects.
- Prepare and process sale agreements, documentation, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with developers, builders, and brokers for new project launches.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Strong networking and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
- Basic computer and CRM software proficiency

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus

**Salary & Incentives**:

- Fixed salary + High commission on each sale
- Performance-based bonuses and rewards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
