**Position Mission**

Bolster the Global Shared Services Centre by upholding best-in-class talent acquisition practices

**Position Objectives and Expectations**
- Implement talent acquisition strategy for mandates in India & other geographies is required
- Source talent in line with business requirements and ensure high profile conversion
- Tightly manage stakeholders and recruitment process to provide closures within 3 business weeks of receiving a new requisition
- Provide closures within the specified budget
- Maintain accurate data of own position and actively contribute in organizational processes (i.e. management reporting, campus hiring etc.)
- Actively participate in any other HR ad-hoc task

**Previous Experience **Requirements**
- 6-8 years of experience in managing global recruitment with an expertise in recruiting for India region
- Exceptional ability in conducting deep web searches (Boolean, x-ray)
- Proficiency in using India & APAC specific sourcing tools and social media
- Experience in KPO / Consulting will be an added advantage

**Educational **Requirements**
- Graduate in Human Resources or any other discipline from a reputed institute
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
