**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, special offers, and services.
- Listen attentively to customers’ requests and assist them with order selection.

**Order Processing**:

- Accurately input customer orders into the system or communicate them to the kitchen, bar, or other departments.
- Confirm order details with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Suggest menu items and up-sell additional products or services when appropriate.

**Communication**:

- Relay special instructions or requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, preferences) to the relevant departments.
- Follow up on any discrepancies or changes in orders with customers promptly.
- Ensure effective communication between front-end staff and kitchen or delivery teams.

**Cash Handling**:

- Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and give customers correct change if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including payment counters and order forms.

**Multitasking**:

- Manage multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy periods.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Ensure that all orders are complete, correct, and delivered or prepared for delivery within the specified time frame.
- Notify customers of any delays or changes to their order status.

**Complaint Resolution**:

- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to a supervisor if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
