**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Actively seek out new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets and client needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and leverage promotional activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required for client meetings and events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
