Product Architect

**Role & Responsibility:

- **
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
3. Develop and own long-term product vision and roadmaps, conducting competitive analysis, market research, and domain research to drive significant business impact.
4. Formulate and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and improve business outcomes.
5. Lead project teams, assigning tasks and coordinating activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
6. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
7. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
6. Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements, assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources.
7. Monitor and track project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
8. Prepare and present regular project status reports, updates, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
9. Continuously track and own key product metrics throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
10. Identify opportunities for scaling the business and improving customer experience by leveraging product innovations and improvements.
11. Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders to clarify project goals, expectations, and feedback.
12. Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns or roadblocks.
13. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Manage all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and decision logs.
15. Implement best practices and new technologies to improve the development process.
16. Having system architect capabilities is a plus, as it enables designing scalable and robust solutions aligned with product and business goals.

**Skills Required:

- **
1. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
2. Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects or software development projects.
3. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
4. Project management certification such as PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in working with multiple stakeholders to drive project success.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
