**Objectives of the Job**: (Summary of the position)

Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordination with Principal Architect
- Preparation of BoQs & estimates; preparing designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
- Help Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.
- Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
- Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time lines.
- Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.

**Authority Limits**: To be explained & defined on job

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year as an Architect, excluding Internship.

**Compensation**: CTC - INR 2.16 to 3.0 Lakh based on competency.
