**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for office interior projects.
- Develop creative design concepts and space plans for office interiors that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations using software such as AutoCAD.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Lumion to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of office spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and architecture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office interior design and visualization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in design documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards related to commercial interior design.
- Passion for design innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
