**Job Title**: PPAP / PTR Engineer
**Location**: Pune
**Qualification**: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**: 4 to 12 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and submission of **PPAP documentation** as per customer requirements.
- Handle **PPAP Run, Writing & Validation activities** independently.
- Deep knowledge of **IPTR R / JPTR Validation & Approvals**.
- Execute **component and assembly validation/testing** processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely PPAP approval.
- Conduct **Process Audits** and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with **quality standards and management systems**.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **PPAP processes & quality tools**.
- Proficient in handling **commodity-specific validations**.
- Good **analytical, problem-solving**, and **communication skills**.
- Experience with **testing protocols** and reporting.
- Hands-on knowledge in quality documentation and approvals.

**Commodities Experience (preferred):1. BIW (Body in White)**:

- Elastomer
- Stamped Assembly
- Weld Assembly

**2. DAC (Drive Assist & Comfort)**:

- Alloy Wheel
- CEPS-FSS Assembly
- HVAC & Cooling-FSS Assembly

**3. FRAME**:

- Weld Assembly

**4. MECHANISM**:

- Cable
- Glass
- Mechanical Assemblies

**5. TRIMS**:

- Interior Trim
- Exterior Trim
- Safety Systems
- Seating Systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
