Minimum technical Knowledge required.
- Understanding of technicality for electronic circuits, wiring harness diagrams, switches, Ventilation systems etc,
- Technical knowledge of ECU development.
- Understanding of SOR & CDS & other technical documents.
- LIN / CAN command understanding for switch & ECU communication.
- Understanding the feature / product requirement from customer point of view.
JOB responsibility
- Getting the SOR from Engg along with the CSR & DVPR details from customer point of view.
- Support for RFQ to suitable suppliers & supplier alignment w.r.t. SOR, CSR & DVPR.
- Getting SRD & development time line with respect to customer milestones.
- Understanding & evaluation of SRD & development time line technically.
- Mutual agreement with CFT, supplier & engineering team for SRD, DVPR & development time line.
- Product drawing submission & getting controlled copy from Engineering team.
- Tracking of supplier adherence for technical requirements & development time line.
- Getting the DVPR reports of the developed product & evaluation with reference to customer standard requirements.
- Understanding of technical aspects & exact requirements of electrical & electronics standards.
- Tool & FTG development for electronics parts.
- AAR approval of the developed product from final customer.
- Conduct PTR & PPAP at supplier end along with the CFT.
- Technical support to quality team for any failure & field complaint after SOP.
