- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer services
- Assist the customers with queries regarding their Products and Services via CHAT or voice
- Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats
- Keeping the track on customer's complaints to be addressed timely for quick response

**Education Qualification**:

- Any Graduates
- Basic computer skills and good communication skills (English & Hindi ) would be an added advantage.
- Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
