**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver age-appropriate English lessons focused on reading, writing, grammar, listening, and speaking skills.
- Use interactive, inquiry-based, and activity-driven teaching methods.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the school's curriculum and grade-level outcomes.
- Foster a reading culture through storytelling, read-alouds, and library sessions.
- Track and assess student progress regularly and maintain detailed academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate learning progress to parents.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance language learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular and interdisciplinary activities.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- 2-4 years of experience teaching English at the primary level.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of language development in early learners.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Experience with phonics, guided reading, and differentiated instruction is an advantage.
- Familiarity with progressive or inquiry-based learning models is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
