**Experience **:Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience working on medium to large-scale urban or suburban housing design and master planning projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading in the production of high-quality urban design and master planning projects.
- Support in the preparation of technical bids and fee proposals for master planning and urban design projects and other major infrastructure projects where appropriate.
- Project management of master planning projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, attending meetings, workshops, and seminars.
- Develop and implement standard specifications for construction finishes.
- Create three-dimensional visualizations that include construction elements such as walls or roofs.
- Produce designs, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings of the space for construction and installation.
- Imagine, research, and confidently present design solutions for medium to large-scale masterplans.
- Produce 3D and 2D modeling and technical drawings (plan, sections, and elevations).
- Produce analysis, diagrams, and illustrative materials.
- Preparation of presentations and reports.
- Researching, mapping, and analysis of projects and prospective projects.
- Contribute to the design of places from concept through to planning and beyond.
- Prepare background planning and site analysis and development feasibility studies.
- Proactively propose design-led options/solutions to problems.
- Prepare high-quality planning documents such as Design Briefs, Access Statements, Design Codes, and Parameter Plans.
- Report Writing and preparation of site plans.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-Up, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Revit).
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Communication and strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of Design Trends and Styles.
- Budgeting Skills.
- Client focused with good management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
