Job Description Company Description INI Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design firm based in Ahmedabad with a diverse portfolio and a staff of 200+ professionals. Our work encompasses master planning, urban design, architecture, engineering and design-build services for many sectors that cut across the sustainable built environment. The range of our projects spans from complex high-rise structures both in public and private domain to residential townships, large scale master plans, tourism and regional development plans, redevelopment projects, and urban renewal interventions. We are looking for a passionate Urban Planner to help shape urban, regional, and tourism development projects in India. If you have 2+ years of experience and a knack for transforming ideas into comprehensive master plans, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: - Develop innovative master plans for large-scale regional and tourism projects - Engage instrategic planning, benchmarking, and sustainability assessments - Conduct feasibility studies and population projections to guide planning decisions - Create impactful project reports, proposal presentations, and design strategy - Collaborate with a team of experts to bring bold ideas to life - Develop strategies and institutional frameworks for comprehensive implementation of the masterplans What We're Looking For: - Experience of working on urban and regional projects Master planning, Tourism Development, DPR preparation, etc. - Strong foundation in project area understanding and ability to collect, analyse and comprehend data. - Working knowledge of analytical tools and techniques adopted in GIS. - Ability to understand and comprehend the complexities involved in urban projects and approach design development it with existing and foreseeable sensitivities. - Strong skills in research, data analysis, and documentation - Ability to manage project timelines and collaborate with various stakeholders - A passion for sustainable urban development and creative problem-solving Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in urban planning, urban studies or similar field from a reputed institution - Two or more years of relevant work experience - Excellent communication skills If this sounds like your next career move, we'd love to connect - Share your resume and relevant work samples (complete projects/ part of the project which showcase your ability to undertake tasks mentioned above) at[Confidential Information]
