The **Plant Maintenance Technician** is responsible for maintaining and repairing plant machinery, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment. This role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical system faults to minimize downtime.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults, including motor failures, wiring issues, and control panel malfunctions.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, panels, and circuits.
- Ensure proper functioning of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems **(if applicable).**:

- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and update records for all repairs and inspections.
- Assist in machine installation, upgrades, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to address and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for timely maintenance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in plant maintenance, with expertise in machine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.
- Hands-on experience with electrical fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Familiarity with control panels, wiring diagrams, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and VFDs (preferred).
- **Other Skills**: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

**Work Environment**:

- Exposure to industrial machinery, production areas, and electrical components.
- Physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- On-site role with direct involvement in machine operation and plant execution activities.
- May require shift work or extended hours based on plant needs.
- Requires flexibility to work and handle emergency maintenance tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
