Senior Plant Operations Executive

The role of a Senior Plant Operations Executive is to oversee the overall plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.

  • Maintain overall plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance activities for Tube Mill and ERW Tube, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Erect and commission ASTM 358 Plant Equipment and plant utilities, guaranteeing seamless integration and functionality.
  • Procure and negotiate with vendors for required equipment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate specifications.
  • Develop in-house equipment to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance tasks are completed within set timelines.

Additional responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.
