Advertising Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented **Advertising Sales Executives** to join our **On Screen Media Sales** team. In this role, you will focus on selling advertising space on on-screen media platforms, helping clients reach their target audiences effectively. You will play a vital role in understanding client needs, presenting tailored advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth through impactful campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell advertising space on **on-screen media platforms** (cinema screens, digital screens, or other related media).
- Persuade clients to invest in advertising solutions by showcasing the value of on-screen media for their brand visibility.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers controlling advertising budgets within client organizations.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches, proposals, and customized advertising solutions that align with client objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize advertising deals, ensuring mutual benefits for both the client and the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on trends in on-screen advertising, industry developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s overall revenue growth.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial transactions in the CRM system.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Prior experience in **media sales, advertising sales**, or a related field, with a focus on on-screen media platforms, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and ability to persuade clients and close deals.
- Strong understanding of advertising concepts, media planning, and campaign strategy.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
