**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves driving ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and securing advertisements for our OTT platform from businesses and brands in various cities. This person will work directly with local businesses and agencies to create valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop Ad Sales Strategy**: Establish and execute an advertising sales strategy targeting businesses and agencies across multiple cities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential advertisers and brands interested in OTT advertising.
- **Build Client Relationships**: Engage and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and goals.
- **Pitch and Present**: Create compelling sales presentations and pitch ideas tailored to each client’s needs.
- **Close Deals**: Negotiate contracts and secure advertising deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, content, and production teams to ensure smooth ad integration and campaign success.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor OTT and digital advertising trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital media, or OTT-related ad sales preferred.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- **Networking**: Strong networking abilities within the advertising industry, with existing contacts being a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in understanding market trends and client needs.
