**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Handle inbound and outbound calls**: Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- **Resolve customer queries**: Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to a resolution in a timely manner.
- **Maintain customer records**: Log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Adhere to process guidelines**: Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure quality service.
- **Meet performance metrics**: Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates.
- **Collaborate with team members**: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.
- **Provide feedback**: Identify common issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Stay updated**: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a US Voice process.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changes in processes.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
